Province Announces Registered Nurses to come under RHPA

The Manitoba government has scheduled the registered nursing profession to come under regulation of the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).

Honourable Kelvin Goertzen, Minister of Health, Seniors and Active Living announced earlier today that regulations are now in place and will be effective 31^st May 2018.

The College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba will be the second college established under the omnibus legislation.
