To Practising SLP Registrants of CASLPM
Please find the new Ministerial Order that comes into effect today, December 1st 2020. This order may impact you, as a practising SLP registrant of the College. The order relates to nasopharyngeal swabbing that the Minister has recently signed. Under the order, SLPs can perform this reserved act when employed by a regional health authority or Shared Health Inc., or any SLP who has successfully completed the Nasopharyngeal Swab Collection program at Red River College. The order will be posted on the government Manitoba Laws website.
