Access your personal Registrant Profile to:

  • View and print your Certificate of Registration, Certificate of Practice, or any Advanced Competency Certificates
  • Update your contact information and employment status. It is an ongoing obligation of registration with the College to keep your profile information including email addresses, current and up to date in the College records.
  • Add Continuing Competency activities
  • View and print receipts for payment of Registration and Practice Fees



The Annual Practice Fees are set by Council, as per Section 222(1)(q) of the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)

  • Fees for Annual Certificate of Practice renewal are due October 31.
  • Registrants who cease to practice at any time during a Practice Year are not entitled to any reduction in their annual fees.
  • Payments made for registration, practice, and administration fees are non-refundable.
  • Fees for the 2023 Practice Year – January 1 to December 31, 2023.
  • Fees for the 2024 Practice Year – January 1 to December 31, 2024.
